fun guy jerky was born from our interest in mushroom cultivation. As gardening enthusiasts, we pondered what else we could grow. Lion's mane mushrooms made sense since of all the health benefits.

Living in the Pacific Northwest and noticing a lack of vegan charcuterie options at wineries and breweries, we began to experiment with the concept. After sharing our creations with friends, their positive feedback confirmed it was an excellent idea.
